New construction of an affordable housing development for formerly homeless veterans, on Treasure Island. The six-story building provides 106 units of apartments, ground floor management and service offices, a community room, a common kitchen, and a parking garage. There is an interior courtyard with a terrace on the second floor. The project is designed to meet GreenPoint Rated certification.
